Join Us to Contribute to Earth 2.0

Earth2.0 is a vision of our world with all of us working together. We believe many hands can make even the biggest problems solvable. We see this happening now and a mission is to foster and innovate to help every citizen. The approach is through design of citizen centric mechanisms to address global challenges.

Joining Earth 2.0 offers an opportunity for students and beyond to engage in the design of such mechanisms. Join moonshots and loonshots and build a better world!

Our projects are offered every quarter and during summer, and are conducted through studies involving reading, design, development, evaluation and discussion by a small group of (1-4) under supervision of a faculty member.

Project Objectives:

  1. Develop increased experience and proficiency in research, presentation, documentation, and curation in a group setting
  2. Direct written, spoken, or digital compositions to multiple audiences
  3. An integral part is detailed problem formulation, analysis, synthesis and presentation of results using a problem based approach

UC San Diego student opportunities
